Is it really only $1.25 per pound?
Yes! If you choose our 3-day delivery option we’ll pickup, clean and deliver your laundry for only $1.25 per pound. Our order minimum for this rate is $20. Affordability with high quality is what we aim for, and it's what makes us different than any other cleaner in the Cleveland area.
I like a certain detergent, can I give it to you to use?
Yes! If you want to give us your preferred products, that's no problem. We'll use your provided detergent/softener and return with your neatly folded laundry
What are your pick up days and times?
7 days a week up to 8pm at night.
Do you wash comforters?
We wash comforters of any size.
Do I need to pre-sort my laundry?
No need to pre-sort. We'll sort your items by color prior to washing.
How is my laundry packaged for delivery?
Depends on how you bring it at us. If in trash bags, It will be delivered in a new clear bag. If in a hamper, it will be delivered in a clear bag folded in your hamper/basket.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order via your online account, or by calling us at 216-820-5644.
What is the cut-off time for same day service?
The daily cutoff time for same day service is noon (12 pm). Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
Do you serve businesses?
Yes, we do. Any business from restaurants, nursing homes, bars, you name it. We are here to serve anyone's commercial laundry needs.
